§ 1 General
Your personal data (name, address, email address, phone number, bank account and credit card number) will be processed follwoing the german Data Protection Law. The following regulations will inform you about kind, range and purpose of the gathering, processing and usage of your personal data.This data protection declaration is limited to our web pages only. If you leave our web pages and follow links to other pages, please check there about the protection of your data.
§ 2 Automized Data Recording
For technical reasons we will record e.g. the following data, provided by the use of browsers:
- Type and Version of Browser
- Operating System in use
- Web site where you came from to visit us Referrer URL)
- Web sites you are visiting
- Date and Time of Access
- Your Internet Protocol (IP) Address.
This anonymous data will be stored separately from your possibly provided personal data and will not allow linkage to a certain individual. Such data is used for statistical purposes, to enable us to improve our services and will be deleted after utilization.
§ 3 Personal Data
- Your personal data, as long as necessary for the contractual relationship, will only be used for that contractual pruposes. It might be e.g. necessary to provide your name and address to shipping agencies to deliver thepurchased goods. Without your explicit agreement or without legal enforcement your data will not be provided to third parties not involved with the dealing of the contract.
- If forced by authorities we are allowed, case by case, to provide details on personal data if necessary to police organizations of the counties to protect against danger, prosecution or to fulfill the legal duties of the offices for the protection of the constitution (Verfassungsschutzbehörden des Bundes und der Länder), the secret services (Bundesnachrichtendienstes) or the military counterspionage services (Militärischen Abschirmdienstes) or to enforce the rights on intellectual properties.
§ 4 Utilization Data
- Your personal data necessary to make use of our offers and to invoice will be used to fulfill the contract. This utilization data is e.g. information needed for identification, begin and termination and kind of the services. Utilization date used for invoicing mayne transferred to third party organizations, as long as this is needed for invoicing. After full payment such utilization data will be deleted. If forced by law or contracts to archive such data, instead of a deletion such data will be locked

Those "Session-Cookies" will be deleted at the end of your visit. No personal data will be gathered by Cookies.
